AWAKE THE STATE MARCH 4TH

SPACE COAST

Not many of us actually keep track of what our state legislators do in Tallahassee. Most of us don’t even know WHO our State Senator or Representatives are, to be truthful! Most progressive people know that Governor Scott is no friend of the “Working Man”, but does the average Joe? I don’t think so. We all really should be paying more attention!

That’s why they created the “Awake The State” movement four years ago. We all need to wake up and smell the roses. They don’t smell like roses, folks. The legislation and policy that our state’s Neo-Con leaders have been squeezing out – really stinks!

WAKE UP FOLKS!

Want to better fund our public schools, expand access to health care, protect our land and water, and safeguard voting rights? We know Gov. Rick Scott doesn’t, but most Floridians do and it’s time that our voices are heard.

Please join us, as we Awake The State on the first day of Florida’s legislative session, March 4th! It’s a 2-hour rally at one of the busiest intersections in Brevard. You will be seen and heard!
