INDIAN RIVER LAGOON BREVARD WORKSHOP

6pm Thurs. Oct. 17 at Lagoon House, MRC will host a workshop. Brevard County Commissioners, US Congressman Posey, state legislators, city representatives and scientists will discuss actions that can help save the Indian River Lagoon.

LAGOON LIFESAVERS FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN

The Marine Resources Council (MRC) announces the "Lagoon Lifesavers" Fundraising Campaign to raise $120,000 for a new 2014 Lagoon Lifesavers restoration and education programs.

Donating just $25. per month will fund one location of weekly water quality sampling in the lagoon for three months! 

Donating $10. per month will contribute to our "How you can Save the Lagoon" Brown Bag Lunch series held at the Ted Moorhead Lagoon House on the first Tuesday of the month. 

$100. per month contributes to the Lagoon Action Assembly, a facilitated summit that will be held annually to reach consensus on lagoon issues and strategies to proceed.
